Tang Soo Do

This Program Centers on the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do.

Classes will Include, But Are Not Limited to:

Stretching, Warm-ups, Basic Techniques, and Basic Forms.
This Program Also
Focuses on Improving:

Self Control, Determination, Goal Setting, Physical Fitness, Balance,
and Other
Skills For Both Karate and Life.

Learning is Split into Three Alternating Weeks.
       
Basic Week ,Sparring Week, and Weapons Week.

Basic Weeks Will Focus on the Traditional Side of the Martial Art.

Weapons Weeks Will Focus on the Artistic Side of the Martial Art.

Sparring Week will focus on the Self Defense aspect of Martial Art.

Although this is the weekly focus
each class will be tailored to the students attending.
